• Customers and quote requests: company name, contact name, phone, email, and shipment details submitted through our quote or contact forms.
• Platform users: account information for staff and drivers using the Keystone operations platform, including shipment, dispatch, and document records tied to your account.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Review and process driver applications and customer quote requests;
• Coordinate, dispatch, and communicate about shipments and deliveries;
• Send account, application, and dispatch-related notifications, including by text message where you've consented;
• Meet contractual, safety, and regulatory obligations related to transportation services; and
• Maintain the security and integrity of our platform.

Text Messaging (SMS)

If you provide your phone number and check the SMS consent box on our driver application, you agree to receive text messages from Keystone Enterprise Group related to your application, shipments, and dispatch communications. Message frequency varies based on your activity with us. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any application, purchase, or service.

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us using the information below.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to operate our business:

• With service providers who support our operations (for example, hosting and text messaging delivery), bound to use your information only to provide those services;
• With brokers, dispatchers, or carriers directly involved in coordinating a specific shipment;

We retain application, shipment, and account information for as long as needed to provide our services, meet legal and regulatory recordkeeping obligations common in the transportation industry, and resolve disputes. You may request deletion of your information as described below, subject to records we're required to retain by law.

• Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information; and
